Solutions architecture

Solutions engineering for AI, agent, and automation platforms.

Built on seven years operating the customer side of a configurable, multi-SKU B2B product line — the kind of context where the technical answer and the customer reality have to meet in the middle. I translate complex workflows into clear technical systems, usable demos, and adoption-ready tooling that customers actually run.

§ 01 Two halves

Two halves of the job most SE roles separate.

Integration engineer

Python, n8n, custom Odoo modules, REST/webhook architecture. Agentic workflows on Claude and local inference (Ollama), with MCP, structured prompts, and tool design. The hands-on build half — what gets shipped, instrumented, and handed off.

Operator who's lived inside the workflows

Seven years running brand, product marketing, sales enablement, and CRM/ERP workflows for a configurable furniture line across ~200 active retailer accounts. Discovery with non-technical stakeholders, demo storytelling for multi-SKU products, and the field-level instinct for what reps and customers will actually use. The half that decides whether the integration gets adopted.

Most SEs have one of these. The combination is why my demos land and my integrations stay deployed after the handoff.

§ 02 Selected work

Selected work

Building a Four-Agent 3D Production Pipeline in Blender

A four-agent system built on BlenderMCP that separates one-time model configuration from repeatable production rendering, with an automated QA gate and inbox-driven handoffs. Handles PBR upholstery sweeps across full material libraries under a strict sequential-execution constraint.

Unified Upholstery Knowledge-base Solutions Discovery

Centralizing scattered product data into a single dynamic, educational hub. Reducing manual update time by 60%+ while centering product information to a single-source-of-truth.

Scaling Product Familiarity with Video

A bi-annual walkthrough video that gives retail partners and reps an on-demand product recap. From scripting to editing, I manage the full production solo, delivering a comprehensive video within 7 days of market. These walkthroughs drive engagement, boost product familiarity, and are widely used by reps to follow up and close deals.

A GTM Strategy to Drive Upsell Limited Releases

From strategic positioning to studio-filmed walkthroughs and retail enablement tools, the launch equipped our sales team and partners with everything needed to confidently introduce the collection. The result; growing interest and a scalable framework for future releases.

Cutting Costs and Complexity: A Custom Odoo Locator

Replaced a manual, third-party retailer locator with a fully integrated, custom-built tool inside our Odoo ERP system. I led the end-to-end development—streamlining data management, improving user experience with APIs, and eliminating the need for multi-person workflows.

Driving Custom Orders with a Strategic Catalog Overhaul

Each year, I lead the creation of Luonto’s annual product catalogs—our most critical sales and education tool—timed with the High Point Fall Market. I manage the full lifecycle, from customer feedback collection to design, layout, and in-person sales training.
§ 03 Currently building

Currently building.

Internal-operations automation

An internal-operations automation system for a marketing RevOps engagement — n8n orchestration across Slack, Google Workspace, and human-in-the-loop handoffs. Discovery, integration architecture, build, and operator handoff, applied to internal customers instead of external ones.

Self-hosted hyperlocal media platform

A self-hosted hyperlocal media platform with an agentic content pipeline. Self-hosted Ghost on a small VPS, local inference for drafting, structured workflows for extraction, classification, and approval. Active build.

§ 04 Orientation

Currently focused on

the gap between AI / agent / automation systems that ship and the ones that actually get adopted by the teams who run them. Always open to a conversation about the work, the tooling, or the spaces in between.
